Single Worm Lysis Buffer for genotype PCR

2ul Single Worm Lysis Buffer can release genomic DNA from a single worm in just 5 mins, and the lysate can be used for PCR directly.

Single Worm Lysis Buffer can form precipitation/crystallization under low temperature (4°C), please keep it at room temperature or 37°C to dissolve the precipitation/crystallization before use.

Applications:

Genomic DNA PCR, Genotyping, Gene clone

Usage:

1. Add 2μl Worm Lysis Buffer to a PCR tube.

2. Transfer single worm into the Worm Lysis Buffer.

3. Place the sample in water bath, heating block or PCR machine and incubate at 98°C for 5 min.

4. Place the sample on ice, take 0.5ul for a PCR reaction or store at -20°C for later use.
