Worm Rapid Genotyping PCR Kit is optimized for C,elegans and related biological materials for rapid genomic DNA PCR reaction. contains Worm Lysis Buffer can release genomic DNA in just 5 mins, and the lysate can be used for PCR directly. RapidGT PCR Master Mix contains modified Taq polymerase and produce PCR product with less error compared to normal Tap polymerase and the PCR product has an A-tail. RapidGT PCR Master Mix contains red loading dye.
